I began my career in 2003 at Sundgren Realty in Augusta, Kansas as an administrative assistant and in 2004 obtained a realtor license. In 2004, I began working in the banking industry at Equity Bank as a teller before transitioning to Verus Bank to serve in the same capacity. Throughout my career I’ve always had a passion and drive to serve others.

My banking career at Fidelity Bank began in 2006 working in customer service roles. In 2012, I transitioned from training into human resources where I’ve served as a trainer, recruiter and employee relations manager before transition into my current role in January of 2019. This journey has allowed me the opportunity to establish relationships with employees while providing guidance and support as they grow within the organization and beyond.

I’m an active volunteer through Fidelity Bank-sponsored events including the Wichita Corporate Challenge, Wichita Wagonmasters Chili Cook-Off, Special Olympics, WSU Tech, Numana and countless other organizations throughout the Wichita community. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading and painting.
