Shane Laws has been Chief Executive Officer for Victory Electric since 2013. He directs the activities and supervises the staff of an electric cooperative with $85 million in annual revenue, over 20,000 meters and 74 full-time employees.

He received a Master of Business Administration in management at Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in management at University of Texas at Arlington. Laws has 30 years of extensive experience in electric utility management, power supply and business development.
