The Bureau of Economic Analysis released their annual estimates of personal income for each state. Kansas' personal income grew 1% in 2017 compared to 2016. This ranks Kansas 47th in the nation in personal income growth. Despite slow growth this year Kansas' income per capita puts the state 24th in the nation.
